I’m a Transformational Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
Over a decade ago, I was burned out and depressed searching for meaning in my life. So I made the hardest, but most important decision: I left everything behind, my relationship, my business, and my country, to start over and reconnect with who I truly am.
That journey led me to powerful tools that helped me heal, restore my energy, and find deep clarity.
Now, I guide others through that same inner work to create a life that feels peaceful, aligned, and truly fulfilling.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that combines breathwork, movement, sound, and meditation to help you release blocks and reconnect with your inner truth. It’s known as the “yoga of awareness” because it works directly on your energy and nervous system, awakening clarity, peace, and vitality from within.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. The practice is adaptable, accessible, and focused on how you feel, not how it looks. I’ll guide you gently through every step.
No experience is needed. You don’t need to know anything in advance, only a willingness to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to Kundalini Yoga or returning to your body in a new way, this space will meet you with care and support. Every practice will be gently guided, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
You’ll receive four 60-minute private sessions that blend Self-Discovery Coaching and Kundalini Yoga, a powerful combination designed to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual alignment.
Each session will help you release internal blocks, reconnect with your truth, and gain clarity on your next aligned steps.
You’ll also receive integration practices between sessions to deepen your insight and support your transformation throughout the journey.
All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
Once you book, you’ll get a calendar link to schedule your first session. You’ll also receive reminders and Zoom links before each call. You’ll have up to 6 weeks to complete all four sessions, and we’ll schedule the rest to fit your flow.
This experience is designed to be transformational, not transactional.
